  1. Hi, We are just about to start building with PD Sandringham 45 with added alfresco and dining room (extra alfresco) and saw you did the same. How did your house finish up, amazing? We are building in inner east and can't seem to find many others in this area. What were your BC & SS like? Were the tradies good? The finishes, were they good quality or do I need to really keep on top of them onsite? Any chance you can personal message me? thanks

  2. Hi, Congratulations. You will love the Sandringham as we do. We are 6 months into living here and very happy with the final outcome. The design works well for our family. to answer your questions the BC was nice enough, but we had to follow up with her to get corrections & changes through but in the end everything got done, so be patient. the SS was great during construction for both slab and house build. retaining walls, peering and the slab were great. The framing carpenters were super fast, pretty good. we had very good brickies. very good renderers. Internal plastering not great, but ok. painting ok. kitchen & cabinetry finishes good. tiling ok after a few issues got sorted. bolero flooring, a few issues but currently being fixed. finished quality has been very good but we were going onsite often, till we were locked out! it pays to keep an eye on things and send emails to BC & SS if you note something wrong, keep written records as you would do with any new build. In the end everything is referred back to the drawings and the contract. if it's not there, good luck!
overall, we had a good experience and very happy with final outcome.
sorry, we don't know how to personal message on blogger.

    Good luck with your build!!!
